Walking down the old cobblestone streets of the Brown Meatpacking, between the brown buildings with iron-paned windows hiding all sorts of cultural delicacies behind them, you are almost transported back to a bygone era. The well-preserved building constructions provide the presence of history. As soon as you walk through the door, however, the contrast is striking. A parallel universe opens itself behind the door, alluring us to come inside. Right there on the corner of Staldgade, among the brown buildings that stretch as far as the eye can see, we find ourselves in the midst of the hurricane's eye of a booming cultural life of theaters, food courts and artist studios. Here, we have created a little corner of New York in the middle of this Copenhagen quarter that both challenges and embraces us.

With great passion for traditional art on canvas and paper, we present a strong team of contemporary artists who excel in this genre. We persistnely strive to present works where storytelling, complex figurative compositions and impressive craftsmanship create an aesthetic focal point.

We represent a group of contemporary American artists, each of who works in a significant artistic style, where the clean, the satirical and not least the reflective are thematic common denominators.

Being a vivid, welcoming and ambitious gallery is our ultimate goal, which we achieve through producing eight to ten exhibitions a year, and by participating in national as well as international art fairs, such as Pulse and Volta in New York, Miami and Basel.
